Join NAMI

Joining NAMI includes membership at the local, state and national level.  Membership includes many benefits such as access to the national online member community, convention registration discounts and news.

There are two ways to join:

1. Fill out this form and attach it to an email or mail it to NAMI-Montgomery County, 3095 Kettering Blvd., Dayton, OH 45439.
2. Visit the NAMI national website to become a member. Select NAMI of Montgomery County Ohio as the choice for a local affiliate.
