Take Action

There are many ways to contribute!

Monetary Donations

Any monetary donation received goes directly back into the community! For example we use donations to purchase program materials, t-shirts for Strides for Mental Health 5k, and snacks/drinks for our programs and events.

Just click the PayPal image to the right, or the link below to donate!

Kroger Community Rewards

You can also support NAMI MC just by shopping at Kroger! If you use their Kroger Rewards program, Kroger will give non-profits like NAMI MC a percentage of the monies you spend in a quarterly check—without adding a penny to your grocery bill! Once you're enrolled, you'll earn rewards for NAMI MC every time you shop at Kroger's and use your Plus Card!

Click on the Kroger Community Rewards image to the right, sign up or sign in, and choose NAMI Montgomery County (Kroger#KV344) as your preferred charity. That's it!

Food/Snack/Drink Donations

At most of our programs, we provide free drinks and snacks for all attendees. As noted above, we use donation money to help fund most of our snacks and drinks for our programs and events.

If you'd like to donate snacks or drinks, here's a list of what we usually provide at programs and events:

  • Bottles of water

  • Cheese and/or sausage sticks (individually wrapped

  • Sandwich crackers (Captain Wafer's or Ritz)

  • Variety of assorted packaged cookies

  • Variety of assorted chips
